Thank you for shopping with us at BatteryBench. We want to ensure that you have a hassle-free shopping experience and are completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you need to return or exchange a product, please review our Returns Policy outlined below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

    • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accompanying accessories, manuals, and documentation.

    • Personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

  2. Returns Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team through the contact form within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide them with your order details and the reason for the return.

    • Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and guide you through the return process.

    • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package when returning the product.

    • Ship the product back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged.

  3. Refund or Exchange:

    • Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

    • If the returned product meets the requirements, we will initiate the refund or exchange process based on your preference.

    • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.

    • If you choose an exchange, we will ship the replacement product to you at no additional cost, subject to product availability. If the requested product is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

  4. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order.

    • Provide them with your order details, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs, if applicable.

    • We will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

  5. Change of Mind:

    • We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase.

    • If you decide to return a product due to a change of mind, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

    • Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its eligibility, we will issue a refund for the product's value, excluding the original shipping charges.

  6. Warranty Claims:

    • For products covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please refer to the warranty information provided by the manufacturer or contact our customer support team for assistance

Please note that our Returns Policy is in addition to your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
